Before You Book

  • Events are priced based on group size, project type, and event details.

    A minimum number of participants may be required depending on the project.

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of your event.

  • Applicable sales tax will be added to all services and products in accordance with Indiana state regulations.

  • Events can be hosted at your location or a venue of your choice.

    Travel may be included within a certain distance. Events outside of this area may include an additional travel fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date.

    If you need to cancel, I will do my best to reschedule your event based on availability so materials can still be used. Because each event requires advance preparation and supplies, payments are not refundable.

    Private Events: Final headcount is due 5 days prior and cannot be reduced. Payment is required for the confirmed number of participants.
    No-shows will receive a take-home kit (canvas + paint) in place of a refund.

    Public/Vendor Events: All registrations are final. Pre-paid bookings are not refundable, including no-shows.
    If you are unable to attend, your project will be prepared as a take-home kit and left with the event host for pickup.
